The Ombrae System is a treatment allowing for full reflective control in a material.

Trespa Meteon is an extremely flat phenolic panel constructed with wood fibers, reinforced with thermosetting resins, and manufactured under high pressure creating a closed cell homogenous material.  The panels are available in a vast array of coloured and decorative surfaces that are bonded on a molecular level to the core.  The resultant properties prevent the material from delaminating or absorbing water.  Trespa is amazingly impact and graffiti resistant, thus suitable for a wide range of exterior applications, and in particular, on walls in high pedestrian traffic areas or subject to abuse.

Swisspearl is performance proven and unmatched by other fiber cement panel products in quality and appearance over time.  A mainstay in Europe for over 50 years, Swisspearl has now established itself in North America.  Swisspearl features a thru-coloured panel core and integral reinforcing fiber giving it excellent tensile strength. It is the only fiber cement panel product with a documented 40 year service life on buildings that are continuing to perform.

UHPC is a class of concrete that was developed for specialized applications that demand superior strength and corrosion resistance. TAKTL now brings this technology to applications requiring narrow profiles such as building façade panels.  It outperforms traditional Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) panels in compressive strength, flexural strength, and colour stability.  TAKTL's dense aggregate cell structure makes it impervious to water and Architects are given the freedom to choose from an impressive array of surface patterns and textures.  The performance characteristics of TAKTL make it an excellent material choice for back-ventilated rainscreen wall systems.

Zinc

Zinc

Zinc is naturally resistant to corrosion, extremely durable, and it does not require costly maintenance.  The flexibility, malleability, and versatility of zinc, combined with the natural patina it develops overtime, make it an excellent choice for architecturally unique facades.  It is suitable for various project types, including multi-unit residential, commercial, public buildings, and private projects.

For use in wall panels, zinc is alloyed with copper and titanium to produce a material with optimum mechanical resistance and creep resistance. Copper increases the mechanical resistance of the alloy, making it harder and stronger, while titanium increases creep resistance permitting thermal expansion of the material without causing metal fatigue.

Single skin aluminum is ideal for large scale projects where the design limits the panel sizes to smaller modules.  KPS will review your project with you to determine if the use of single skin aluminum is a viable option over the use of composite aluminum.   Available in thicknesses ranging from 1.5mm to 5mm, KPS is also able to provide the highest grade Duranar paint finishes or durable custom powder coating in wood grain or natural stone finishes.
