Aluminum Composite

Aluminum Composite

Alucobond is the "Original Aluminum Composite Material," and is recognized as the global leader in product performance and service excellence.  The 4mm thick material is known for its lightweight qualities, rainbow of consistent colour and finish options, and its ability to form curves or create modules.  It stays exceptionally flat, and meets North American Fire Code requirements for high rise construction.  Combined with proprietary systems offered by KPS, it offers complete design flexibility.

Ombrae

Ombrae

KPS is proud to announce a strategic partnership with artist and inventor, Roderick Quin - Quin Media Arts + Sciences Inc. (QMAAS ™) and Ombrae Studios Inc., for  use of the Ombrae System ™ with KPS products.

The Ombrae System is a treatment allowing for full reflective control in a material.

Cement Composite

Cement Composite

Swisspearl is performance proven and unmatched by other fiber cement panel products in quality and appearance over time.  A mainstay in Europe for over 50 years, Swisspearl has now established itself in North America.  Swisspearl features a thru-coloured panel core and integral reinforcing fiber giving it excellent tensile strength. It is the only fiber cement panel product with a documented 40 year service life on buildings that are continuing to perform.

Phenolic Composite

Phenolic Composite

High Density Phenolic Composite panels are constructed with wood fibers, reinforced with thermosetting resins, and manufactured under high pressure creating a closed cell homogenous material.  The panels are available in a vast array of coloured and decorative surfaces, including woodgrain prints, that are fused to the core.  The resultant properties prevent the material from delaminating or absorbing water.  High quality phenolic composites have excellent impact and graffiti resistance.  This makes them suitable for a wide range of exterior applications, and particularly on walls in high pedestrian traffic areas or subject to abuse.

Woodgrain Metal

Woodgrain Metal

Advancements in powder coating technology now provide realistic wood grain finishes that can be applied to aluminum.   This avoids the performance and maintenance issues associated with products that use real wood or real wood veneers.  KPS offers this revolutionary finish on its System A316 Pressure Equalized Rainscreen that allows for large flat modular panels.  We can also apply this coating to wall and soffit planks, or to a variety of extuded aluminum profiles such as airfoil sunshades.

Zinc

Zinc

Zinc, a natural metal, will develop a surface patina over time.  It maintains its durability during this natural weathering process.  This sets it appart from conventional facade materials.  Architectural zinc can be pre-weathered in a variety of ways to provide many options for the initial surface appearance; tinted zincs are available in a range of colour tones.

Copper

Copper

Traditional architectural copper begins with a shiny penny colour and lustre and gradually develops a darker patina.  Advanced weathering can lead to tinges of green.  Today, a variety of pre-weathered or pretreated coppers are available to provide designers with various expression in the metal's surface appearance..

Stainless Steel

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is widely known for its resistance to corrosion and low maintenance requirements.  This durability allows the material to retain its original appearance for many years and makes Stainless steel a confident choice for architectural façade applications.  There is a quality to the lustre of Stainless steel that is unique.

Aluminum

Aluminum

Single skin aluminum is ideal for large scale projects where the design limits the panel sizes to smaller modules.  KPS will review your project with you to determine if the use of single skin aluminum is a viable option over the use of composite aluminum.   Available in thicknesses ranging from 1.5mm to 5mm, KPS is also able to provide the highest grade Duranar paint finishes or durable custom powder coating in wood grain or natural stone finishes.

Terracotta

Terracotta

A well developed range of façade systems that have the classic appeal of terracotta while offering the function of today's highest performing walls.

Translucent Polycarbonate

Translucent Polycarbonate

RODECA was founded in 1971 and was the innovator and first producer of translucent building elements with integrated coupling mechanisms for glazing applications on industrial and athletic facilities. Today, RODECA is the market-leader for translucent building elements in Europe.  In conjunction with Muralis Architectural Products, that expertise and commitment to quality is now being provided to the North American market.
