550 E Broadway was completed in 2023, an innovative project featuring our state-of-the-art custom railing and screen wall systems. This project, designed by Michael Green Architecture, showcased our aluminum perforated system with a spray-applied paint finish that provided both durability and an elegant aesthetic.

Our custom entry feature screen wall incorporated advanced Ombrae Imaging Technology, allowing for bespoke perforation patterns that created stunning visual effects. This technology enabled intricate designs that interacted dynamically with light, enhancing the building’s overall appearance and making a strong architectural statement.
Additionally, we supplied our KPS Guardrail system, which combined safety and style in perfect harmony. The seamless integration of our custom railing and screen wall systems ensured both functional excellence and aesthetic appeal.

Developed by CJAD Holdings and constructed by GreenBuilt Homes Inc., this project stands as a testament to the innovative spirit of modern architecture and construction. The collaboration resulted in a striking and functional design that highlights the transformative power of advanced materials and cutting-edge technology in contemporary building projects.
