The International Trade Centre in Richmond won the Vancouver Regional Construction Association’s 2020 Silver Award in the General Contractors – Over $50 Million category. KPS began design assistance work with the Architect well before trade contract award. Value engineering exercises with the General Contractor ensured the design intent was meant without compromising quality. KPS completed a variety of work on the architectural facade, including high performance Rainscreen systems featuring Terracotta and Aluminum Composite Material (ACM). We are particularly proud of the Ombrae sculptural imaging screen walls installed over the above grade parking garages.
