Project info

Menlo Gateway Office and Parking Structure located in Menlo Park, CA is a ground-up, Type I concrete and steel commercial and parking structure project with a construction cost of $108.5 million. The project designed by Heller Manus Architects and Watry Design, Inc. includes the 11-story Hotel Nia and two additional eight-level office buildings and two parking structures. This project is certified LEED Gold®.

KPS fabricated over 140,000 SF of 4mm Alucobond Plus in KPS System A pressure equalized Rainscreen panel system. The installation was completed by Pacific Erectors Inc. of Rocklin, California.
