The Legacy on Dunbar project, completed in 2024, is a mixed-use four-story development on Vancouver’s westside. Designed by Arcadis, this development features facade products of the highest quality and advanced construction techniques. The sintered stone wall panels are a high-performance ultracompact engineered material known for its durability and timeless aesthetic.

At the soffits, the use of specialty coated aluminum extrusions provide the appearance of natural wood while meeting fire code requirements. Finally, the aluminum composite material (ACM) wall panels in Dusty Charcoal provide an ultra-flat surface with clean contemporary lines. The material is installed with our industry leading KPS System A Pressure Equalized Rainscreen.
