The Legacy on Dunbar project, completed in 2024, is a mixed-use four-story development on Vancouver’s westside. Designed by Arcadis, this development exemplifies modern design principles through its use of advanced materials and construction techniques. A standout feature of the project is its incorporation of Dekton Opera, a high-performance ultracompact surface material known for its durability and striking aesthetic. Dekton Opera’s elegant veining and exceptional resistance to wear and tear contribute to both the beauty and longevity of the building’s surfaces.

At the soffits, the use of Longboard Dark Fir adds a natural, warm touch to the project. Longboard’s aluminum planks are renowned for their durability, low maintenance, and aesthetic versatility, contributing to the overall refined look of the building. Additionally, Alucobond ACM panels in Dusty Charcoal are used throughout the exterior, providing a contemporary and dynamic contrast to the Dekton Opera.
