River Green – Lot 12
Richmond
Project info
Completed in 2022, the River Green Lot 12 project exemplifies a harmonious blend of modern design and urban living. The façade prominently features Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) alongside woodgrain metal, creating a striking visual contrast that combines contemporary aesthetics with natural warmth. The use of custom extruded profiles, allows for seamless integration of the materials, enhancing the overall appeal of the development. Designed by James KM Cheng Architects in collaboration with Arcadis as the Architect of Record, this project embodies a thoughtful approach to urban architecture, focusing on both functionality and aesthetic value.
Situated within the vibrant River Green Village, Lot 12 plays a crucial role in the overall urban character of the area, complementing Parcel 9 with its blend of at-grade townhouses and two towers housing a total of 270 residential units. The master plan emphasizes outdoor engagement, featuring an enhanced waterfront park that includes a public boardwalk, inviting residents and visitors to enjoy the riverfront. Developed by Aspac Developments and constructed by Ledcor Construction, River Green Lot 12 not only contributes to the residential fabric of the community but also enriches the public realm, making it a desirable destination for urban living.
