Covering a full city block, the Second & Main project, completed in 2021, showcases a striking fusion of contemporary design and innovative materials. With a façade that prominently features Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) and Terracotta, the building reflects a commitment to both aesthetics and functionality. The use of ACM allows for a sleek, modern appearance, while the terracotta adds warmth and texture, creating a visually dynamic exterior that harmonizes with its urban environment.

The collaboration between DYS Architecture and Urban One Builders ensured that every element of the building, from the choice of materials to the construction methods, met the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
